Tech Method provides professional training services in technology-related fields, including but not limited to:

• Microsoft Excel training (Beginner to Advanced levels)
• SQL database training
• Power BI and data visualization
• Custom corporate training solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Booking Process: Course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via the methods indicated on our checkout page.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the original price.

• 14+ days notice: Full refund available
• 7-14 days notice: 50% refund or course transfer option
• Less than 7 days: Course transfer to future date (subject to availability)
• No-shows: No refund, but may transfer at discretion

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your account dashboard.

All content on this website and in our courses, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and training content, is the property of Tech Method and is protected by copyright laws.

Course Materials: Students may use provided materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, copy, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with our services or other users
• Share course materials without permission
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Tech Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
